How do you integrate multiple perspectives of different types of (in)formal caregivers into one digital platform? This was the assignment of the workshop at the integrated care conference 2023. This challenge is based on the case of the HAAL project, where we are developing a dashboard in which several digital care solutions are integrated, and used by different end-users.
Thanks to all participants for having vivant and critical discussions on the topic! And for us it was a good validation that the results of the workshop participants contained similar elements as our design.
