Two weeks ago we conducted user tests in The Netherlands. The first test was at care organisation Livio, the second at NAAST-ZCN. Together with enthusiastic participants (formal caregivers, innovation managers and data-experts), we evaluated the current mockup of the HAAL dashboard.
The user tests gave useful insights in terms of #usability and #heuristics. We also discussed how data should be visualized on the dashboard, giving us a lot of inspiration for the data visualization. The results can be used as input during the next development stages of the HAAL-dashboard. Once again, this illustrates the value of co-creating with potential end-users!
